Hall of Fame 2012
Each year the Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey reveals the top organisations to work for in New Zealand. In 2012, a record 289 organisations participated in the survey, and the following organisations were rated by their employees as New Zealand's Best Workplaces.
Congratulations to Overland Footwear, the Overall Winner (and large workplace category winner) of the 2012 awards. Other category winners were Mars New Zealand (medium-large workplace), Brother International (NZ) (small-medium workplace and Vend (small workplace).
Many organisations participate in the Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey on an annual basis. The following organisations were recognised for having the greatest improvement in their overall score from 2011 to 2012: The Trusts (large workplace category), Christchurch International Airport (medium-large workplace category), AgITO (small-medium workplace category) and Acco New Zealand (small workplace category).
We also want to congratulate the organisations joining our Five-Year League and Ten-Year League, a group of awards that are given to recognise sustained performance in the Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards. Recipients of the Five-Year League Award for 2012 were: AA Insurance, Inspire Group, Mars New Zealand, Maven International and Overland Footwear. The sole recipient of the Ten-Year League for 2012 was Flight Centre New Zealand.
