However, high staff turnover rate, high vacancies, keen competition and low loyalty are the common recruitment challenges encountered by the management of many Hong Kong retailers in recent years. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association.
To celebrate this special occasion, we will organize a Seminar on Global Hiring and Retention – Trends & Strategy for Retail Industry on 15 August 2008 (Friday). We have invited internationally-renowned human resources consultants from Kenexa to share with us their valuable experience, findings and recommendations. The seminar aims to help retailers develop a holistic approach in their recruitment and retention strategy that considers the roles, skills, processes and tools that are needed.
