Following the success of previous Kenexa seminars, we are pleased to announce our forthcoming complimentary Innovation in Employee Engagement Seminar, to be held on Wednesday 16th April 2008 at Ambassadors Bloomsbury, 12 Upper Woburn Place, London, WC1H 0HX (9:30a.m. - 3:30p.m.)
Kenexa is delighted to confirm that the keynote speaker will be Ros Stephens, Global Employee Engagement Manager at HSBC. Ros will present on the challenges HSBC has gone through to implement a global employee survey that will act as a strategic business tool.
Amongst the other sessions will be Jeff Saltzman, M.A., Kenexa’s New York Practice Leader and formerly the CEO of Sirota. Jeff will lead an interactive session examining what role 'organisational culture' and individual differences play on employee engagement as globalisation accelerates. There will also be a Best Practice Sharing Session led by Cathy Evans, HR Strategy and Operations at Motorola examining Post Survey Action Implementation and Follow Up.
