Kenexa® is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of the Kenexa Asia Pacific HR Consortium. This group has been formed for senior HR leaders to meet periodically to discuss current organisational development/design issues and challenges and to share best practices. It is our belief that the Kenexa HR Consortium will add significant value by bringing together senior executives like you to discuss important issues and to share yourown experiences.
HSBC has agreed to host our first meeting in Hong Kong. Given the current economic climate, you do not need to attend this meeting in person to participate in this initiatve. Members outside of Hong Kong can participate by web-ex.
The exact agendas for our meetings will vary depending upon participant interest. We envision the meetings
being a mix of discussion and presentations. Presentations will be by group members, Kenexa Thought Leaders and other subject matter experts.
The theme for this first meeting is Employee Engagement and Retention in the Current Economic Climate.
