The election of President-elect Barack Obama, America’s first African American president, begs the question: Are diversity and equal opportunity initiatives finally working? The Kenexa Research Institute utilizes the WorkTrends database to explore ethnic minority employee opinion to find out what work roles they are holding and their perspective if they are satisfied with their pay, the accepting nature of their work culture, and their promotion and development opportunities. WorkTrends data demonstrate that there are some gains made but also significant areas for improvement. In these times of lean workforces, this webinar helps Diversity Program Directors and survey researchers measure and improve the results of their diversity initiatives, enabling organizations to fully utilize their human capital.
