Anthony Coe, Senior Consultant, Kenexa
Anthony Coe, J.D. is a Senior Consultant for Kenexa’s Employment Branding and Global Survey Divisions. He oversees and directs the organizational culture research process and ensures that all brand and creative concepts are supported by solid research from company data, employee interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Some of the clients he has worked with to assess organizational culture include IKEA, Dow Corning, Northern Trust, Goodrich Corp., Aetna Insurance, Whirlpool, and Cabela’s. Prior to joining the Kenexa team, Mr. Coe practiced employment law for 12 years. As an attorney, he not only litigated various employment law claims, he also conducted numerous seminars and workshops on legal issues, HR practices and organizational teambuilding. Mr. Coe earned a Bachelor of Science degree and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Neil Taylor is Creative Director of The Writer, the world’s leading language consultancy. He works all over the world with organizations like Bank of America, Telefónica and the BBC training people to be better writers at work. Mr. Taylor studied linguistics at Cambridge University, is the author of two books on branding, and has written for the Guardian and Design Week. He’s a frequent speaker at events—most recently the Economist’s Big Rethink conference—and regularly appears on CNN.
