General Sir Mike Jackson will address delegates through his presentation, entitled: “Engagement through Leadership” and will draw upon his leadership experience learnt from a lifetime of service to the military.

General Sir Mike Jackson's illustrious career in the British Army spanned almost 45 years culminating in his appointment as Chief of the General Staff (head of the British Army) before his retirement from the Army in August 2006.
