WAYNE, Pa. (Nov. 5, 2012) – Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that two of its customers received a 2012 Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Learning.
AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah Insurance Exchange won a Brandon Hall Gold award for excellence in the best use of performance support category. The organization, which provides auto and homeowners insurance in 24 states, used Kenexa’s Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to develop, manage, maintain and deliver its online help and training content for a new enterprise transactional system roll-out to 3,700 employees and a vastly larger audience of independent agents.
AMD, an industry semiconductor design innovator that powers a wide range of computing devices, and Kenexa received a Brandon Hall Silver award for excellence in the best program for sales training and performance. AMD used Kenexa’s Social LMS to support sales by launching a complete enablement program called AMD Customer Group University. The CGU helped increase the overall competency of the AMD sales force.
