Kenexa Helps Tackle British Employee Engagement National Deficit

LONDON (Nov. 12, 2012) – Kenexa has been working with a British Government task force to help create a new report that provides compelling evidence of the value of driving higher levels of employee engagement.  The “Nailing the Evidence” report will be presented by the Engage for Success task force to a group of leading CEOs from British business on Nov. 26 in London.

Kenexa’s research arm, the Kenexa High Performance Institute (KHPI), has been investigating links between employee engagement and organisational performance for decades. Much of the content of the report references this work, which can be accessed via published white papers and reports at

“Kenexa is delighted to be a major contributor to the ‘Nailing the Evidence’ report,” said Vernon Bryce, consulting partner at Kenexa. “Our work conducting employee surveys is not only providing our clients with information on their engagement levels, but also insights into how they can realise higher engagement levels and the associated bottom line benefits. In fact, our clients are seeing engagement levels around 30 percentage points higher than those in organisations who don’t survey their employees. We think it’s incredibly important that more organizations are able to realise similar organisational and employee benefits.”

Jack Wiley, founder and president of the Kenexa High Performance Institute and author of many reports used by the task force, has been invited to attend the official launch of the “Nailing the Evidence” report in London. “It’s been a pleasure working with David MacLeod and Nita Clarke on this report,” Wiley said. “While our latest report reveals a small increase in global employee engagement levels, the United Kingdom continues to languish in the bottom half of the global league table. In short, there is definitely room for improvement.”
