Kenexa’s Wilson Chu Honored for HR Industry Contributions in China
--General Manager of Asia Pacific Region Presented with “50 People of Human Resources in China” Award--

WAYNE, Pa. - November 9, 2007—Kenexa® (NASDAQ: KNXA), a leading provider of talent acquisition and talent retention solutions, today announced that Wilson Chu, general manager of its Asia Pacific Region, was recently presented with the “50 People of Human Resources in China.” This award is bestowed by HRoot, a leading China-based media company supporting the Human Resources industry. HRoot honored Chu and 49 other industry leaders on September 21, 2007 at a ceremony in Shanghai.

“50 People of Human Resources in China” is designed to recognize and commend those who make remarkable contributions to China’s HR industry. From a field of more than 500 nominations, the top 50 were selected by HRoot for their devoted efforts in the promotion and development of Human Resources in China.

“It is an honor and privilege to have been recognized by HRoot as one of the 50 most influential HR people in China,” said Chu. “As China’s marketplace continues its rapid growth, Kenexa is pleased to be able to contribute positively to the initiatives of the region’s HR industry.”

Chu, a seasoned executive in the Asia Pacific market, works out of Kenexa’s Hong Kong office. He started his career in the technical and sales fields with Wang Laboratories in the 1980s and returned to Hong Kong in the early ’90s to continue his career in the IT industry. Before joining Kenexa in 2005, Chu helped Silicon Valley startup companies establish themselves in the Asia Pacific region.

Chu holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii and an MBA from the Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii.
