Financial services: Numerical Rapid Fire

This simulation requires candidates to assimilate rapidly changing information in order to answer a series of numerical reasoning questions. Every three questions, new information is presented and candidates view a short news update.

This simulation platform is already used throughout Europe, the United States, Russia and Australia, and has identified highly talented candidates for some of Kenexa’s banking and financial services clients.

Hospitality: Animated Situational Judgment, Drag-and-Drop Memory Task

This demonstration shows how simulations make online testing accessible to candidates with lower literacy levels. SIM SJT

SimSJT engages candidates in a virtual 3D environment, measuring the knowledge of roles associated with excellent customer service—greeting, anticipating, information exchange, task performance, empathy, solving problems, adding value/upgrading and follow-up.  In this demonstration, SimSJT requires candidates to indicate how they would handle specific customer service situations. The program efficiently and effectively identifies talented candidates with exceptional customer service aptitude, thus predicting on-the-job performance and reducing staff turnover. In addition, the use of multimedia functionality makes the SimSJT assessment accessible to a broad range of candidates, regardless of their literacy level or English-language proficiency.
