Kenexa’s Advance Series is a range of verbal and numerical reasoning tests designed to assess candidates' aptitude in the workplace. A range of managerial and graduate norms are available for both tests, and if necessary, users can quickly and easily create their own norm groups.

• Verbal Reasoning Tests evaluate the extent to which an individual can understand complex documents, policies and written reports.
• Numerical Reasoning Tests evaluate an individual's ability to understand complex numerical information using graphs, charts and tables that document an organization’s financial status.
