Kenexa’s Distribution Associate Selector has been designed to assess candidates who apply for hourly positions in distribution centers or warehouses such as order fillers, receivers, equipment operators and material handles. This 60-item questionnaire measures the following competencies:

• Physicality:  Preference for physical, hands-on, outdoor activities
• Self-esteem:  Strong self-concept; satisfied with life; optimistic and proud

• Values: Personally accountable; compliant with authority and risk avoidant
