Telesales and Service Selector is a 135-item questionnaire designed to identify candidates who apply for hourly positions such as customer service representatives, reservation sales agents, collectors and telemarketing professionals. In addition to predicting overall job success, the Telesales and Service Selector also provides an individual profile of each candidate's likely strengths and limitations in terms of the following seven competencies:
