Leadership coaching provides managers with targeted guidance for their role in the feedback survey process. More importantly, it also offers the supervisory controls to ensure that management teams use the results for the most productive and consistent outcomes possible. Leadership coaching sessions:
- Ensure acceptance of results and identify barriers to acceptance
- Ensure proper use of reports
- Review highlights and themes
- Prepare leaders for reviewing results with raters (direct reports) and managers by providing strategies for sharing data and methods for leading discussions to get clarification on feedback and consensus on actions
Coaching Calls
Leadership coaching calls are an efficient and cost-effective way to review survey results with a Kenexa consultant. The frequency and content of these calls is tailored to specific needs of each organization, business unit and individuals.
First One-Hour Call
- Sessions scheduled by Kenexa assistant
- Coach and leader receive report 24 to 48 hours prior
- Leader completes pre-work questionnaire
Second One-Hour Call
- Creates accountability to follow through
- Provides opportunity to discuss results of sharing results with raters and managers, or prepares leaders to meet with specific managers
- 2 to 3 weeks after first call
