Allow qualified candidates to schedule an interview - before they hang up. Candidates are asked to choose a day and time for an interview and are then directed to your location.  You, as the interviewer, control the interviewing schedule online through the Scheduling Center.  Just tell the system how many candidates to schedule during specified times and you will be instantly updated with the interview scehdule.

Data Capture and Retrieval
Kenexa PeopleQuest automatically captures candidate names, telephone numbers and other valuable information and retrieves results within minutes of them hanging up the phone.
