Assessment

 This phase provides detailed information and facilitation guides for conducting effective competency assessments. Here, we consider several different assessment methods.

Results Analysis

 In this phase, we examine techniques and considerations for analyzing the results of the assessments, for implementing strategies, for closing gaps and using strengths on an individual and/or organizational basis.

Maintenance

During the maintenance phase, we outline post-implementation considerations for keeping the competency initiative up-to-date and integrating it with other human resource and management systems.
