Assessment Solutions Simulations

Kenexa e-Psymulate™ is a unique online simulation platform that engages candidates in a virtual environment. Kenexa’s simulation platform requires candidates to complete specific job tasks that give them a realistic preview of the position, while enabling organisations to identify the most talented applicants.

Benefits

  • Reduce cost-of-hire by replacing labour-intensive stages of the selection process, including in-person testing or assessment centres
  • Deliver an accurate preview of the job that ensures candidates thoroughly understand the demands of the role
  • Designed around your organisational brand to support seamless integration with your recruitment marketing
  • Maintain interest and attention of candidates, resulting in less candidate attrition throughout online testing stages
  • Accessible to a broad range of candidates. Clear vocal instructions and instructive graphics make Kenexa e-Psymulate accessible to candidate groups with lower than average literacy rates.

Financial services: Numerical Rapid Fire

This simulation requires candidates to assimilate rapidly changing information in order to answer a series of numerical reasoning questions. Every three questions, new information is presented and candidates view a short news update.

This simulation platform is already used throughout Europe, the United States, Russia and Australia, and has identified highly talented candidates for some of Kenexa’s banking and financial services clients.

Hospitality: Animated Situational Judgment, Drag-and-Drop Memory Task

This demonstration shows how simulations make online testing accessible to candidates with lower literacy levels. The use of animation and audio ensures that a candidate’s true ability is tested—not just his or her reading ability. This demonstration also displays the capability of Kenexa e-Psymulate to deliver simulations in multiple languages.

Retail: Video Situational Judgment

Traditional text-based situational judgments rely heavily on the candidate’s ability to read and comprehend complex written information. The Video Situational Judgement demonstration shows how video can replace written information with scenes that are realistic and can be understood immediately.
