Kenexa professional analysts conduct assessments for each organisation. Candidates call and schedule a telephone interview when convenient. After the interview, results are available by email, fax or voice mail. Feedback can include verbal recommendations, graphs or written reports. Initial verbal results are available within four hours of the completed interview.
