Training

In order to assist organisations in using our assessment products and solutions, Kenexa has an entire group of learning professionals devoted to providing client training. Our learning professionals also provide insight on best practices regarding assessment and development systems.

Kenexa offers classroom training as well as eLearning and interactive solutions, and provides a combination of modules designed to maximise efficiency while maintaining the integrity of the learning experience. We also customise these materials to replicate the organisation’s employment brand. The goal of Kenexa’s training solutions is to make sure that every unique aspect of each organisation’s assessment process is captured in our training materials.

In addition to product specific training, Kenexa offers courses to HR practitioners designed to improve proficiency in:

  • Competency Based Job Analysis and Design
  • Competency Based Interviewing

Kenexa’s training solutions also provide opportunities to meet certain international accreditation standards.


BPS Level A and B Training

Kenexa offers Psychometric Level A and B training programmes that provide delegates with maximum opportunity to fit the demands of the training into their busy schedules. This means that we make training more engaging and informative than ever before, while working within the British Psychological Society (BPS) syllabus.

Unlike other training providers, Kenexa trains individuals and organisations in the practical use of psychometric tests and questionnaires, and only moves onto detailed theory and statistics in the last module. This makes training more interesting and understandable.

Level A and Intermediate Level B Plus training with Kenexa fulfils the requirements for the British Psychological Society Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing.  This certification allows delegates to purchase a broad range of psychometric test materials from the major UK test publishers without requiring additional training. BPS Level A & B Training is available in the UK only.

Module 1: Personality Questionnaire User (Two days)

This course enables delegates to:

  • Gain an appreciation of personality theories and assessment methods
  • Become proficient in administering, interpreting and providing feedback on the RPQ
  • Understand how to use the RPQ in selection, development and team building

Module 2: Ability Test User (Two days)

This course enables delegates to:

  • Appreciate how to evaluate and select tests for use within their organisation
  • Administer and score ability tests
  • Interpret and provide feedback on ability tests
  • Use the Kenexa range of ability tests, including the popular Advance Series

Module 3: Expert Test User (Three days)

This course enables delegates to:

  • Become proficient in administering, interpreting and providing feedback on the OPI personality questionnaire
  • Understand the psychometric statistics underpinning the use of personality questionnaires and ability tests
  • Understand the psychometric statistics underpinning the use of personality questionnaires and ability tests
  • Understand the issues associated with interpreting psychometric validation data, and how to design their own validation studies
  • Learn the benefits of administering tests online
  • Understand Return on Investment (ROI) metrics such as utility equations
  • Fulfil all requirements of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Level A and Intermediate Level B Plus certifications
