Features
Gate 1: Discovery
Discovery sets the stage for a successful hiring experience. Discovery Specialists verify the quality of incoming requisitions against client requirements, educate hiring managers on the hiring process and carefully consult with the hiring manager to determine job related qualifications. From the discovery interaction, we lay the groundwork for effective recruiting, setting the right hiring manager expectations and creating an effective and legally compliant set of pre-screen questions to develop the most qualified candidate pool.
Gate 2: Generation
Generation utilises a combination of sourcing techniques that fit within the client’s investment profile to create the most qualified candidate pool. These techniques include management of active retail candidates, searching job boards, generating potential candidate lists from commercial databases and finding candidates through direct sourcing and networks.
Gate 3: Screening
Screening offers over 900 valid assessments, skills testing tools and thorough phone interviews with each applicant to carefully evaluate the qualifications and ensure the most qualified applicants enter the interview process.
Gate 4: Interview
Interview develops and maintains a strategic staffing partnership with hiring managers through communication and consultation, as well as facilitation and execution of the interview and employee selection process.
Gate 5: Offer
Offer is the closure between the applicant needs and the client opportunity. Offer specialists provide subject matter expertise in background verification, client compensation and benefit plans, and offer negotiation. The offer specialist works to resolve issues in order to achieve a mutually beneficial employment decision.
Gate 6: Onboarding
Onboarding enables a seamless hiring process by monitoring background verifications, activating new employees in the client’s human resource information system, ensuring all final paperwork is complete and facilitating the proper archival of new hire files.
