The Kenexa MinuteMentor Process

Step 1: Mentors and Mentees participate in the Kenexa MinuteMentor Online Assessment to identify their work style, relationship style and coaching style.

Step 2: The Kenexa MinuteMentor System analyses the assessments and identifies best-fit pairs through an automated process.

Step 3: Mentees view potential mentor profiles online, select their preferred mentor and contact the individual directly.

Step 4: Mentors review the mentee profile and indicate willingness to enter into a mentoring relationship.

Step 5: Mentor pairs set goals and create an action plan.

Step 6: Human Resources uses the Kenexa MinuteMentor Report to identify mentor pairs, steer training resources effectively and measure programme usage.

Ongoing: Automated and ad-hoc reminders help keep programme participants on track.
