Kenexa Onboarding

Kenexa Onboarding is a flexible system that is configurable to your company’s onboarding process. It accommodates multiple onboarding processes with varying workflows and assists in the distribution of new employee orientation packs specific to job level and department or division. Kenexa Onboarding integrates provisioning tools with forms management and culturalisation tools that help employers complete important tasks involved in the onboarding process, drastically improving efficiency of previously decentralised manual processes.

Kenexa’s Onboarding service offering is comprised of three key components:

  • Discovery and Design
    Kenexa Client Services work with HR project teams to assess onboarding requirements and design a system, including notifications and government and corporate forms, to meet specific needs.
  • Implementation
    Once the design is complete, Kenexa Onboarding experts configure each system and set up appropriate wizards, internal and external notifications and forms packets to make employees productive as quickly as possible.
  • Adoption
    Kenexa Client Services provide user and administrator training to help clients maximise the benefits of the onboarding system and utilise all of the available features that ensure successful onboarding of new employees.

Management and Tracking of Online Forms
All forms that a new hire needs to complete for employment eligibility are accessible directly in the system.

The Kenexa Onboarding system provides notification of onboarding tasks and deliverables to internal and external resources, as well as communication with new hires. It also includes reminders and alerts of missed deadlines.
